Return & Exchange
For Purchased Mystery Blind Boxes (Option 1):
All Mystery Blind Box purchases are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Due to the nature of the surprise, all sales are final.
For Promotional Mystery Blind Boxes (Option 2 - Gifts with Purchase):
If you return items from your order and your remaining total falls below the qualifying promotional threshold, the following terms apply to your complimentary Mystery Blind Box(es):
- Return Requirement: Promotional Mystery Blind Boxes must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original condition to be eligible for a full refund of your primary items.
- Refund Adjustment: If you choose to keep the Mystery Blind Box(es) after returning items that brought your order total below the threshold, or if the Blind Box(es) have been opened, used, or damaged, a promotional adjustment value of $8.99 per Blind Box will be automatically deducted from your total refund amount.

How To Use
STEP 01
Prep
Use the prep pad to thoroughly clean your nail surface, removing oil, moisture, and dirt. This ensures maximum adhesion and prevents edges from lifting.
STEP 02
Select
Compare the strips against your nail size to choose the best-fitting strip. If you are between sizes, it is usually better to go slightly smaller to avoid touching the cuticle.
STEP 03
Apply
Place the strip near your cuticle line without overlapping onto the skin. Press down firmly from the center outward to ensure the strip adheres smoothly, eliminating all air bubbles.
STEP 04
Trim
Use a nail clipper or small scissors to carefully trim any excess length of the strip close to your natural nail length.
STEP 05
Cure
Place your nails under our Handheld UV lamp for 60 seconds. The strips will transform from semi-cured to fully cured, giving you a durable, high-gloss finish.
STEP 06
File
File downward vertically with a nail file at a 90-degree angle to smooth and shape the edges. This helps prevent future lifting or warping.
STEP 07
Optional Top Coat
For added durability, scratch resistance, and an extra-strong shine, apply one or two layers of gel top coat. Cure under the UV lamp again for 60 seconds to fully set the finish.
How To Remove
Remove
Gently lift the edge of the nail strip with a wooden stick and slowly peel it off. For best results, soak nails in warm water for 1 minute or apply a drop of cuticle oil along the edges to ease removal.
