Skip the Long Waiting Period with Priority Protection

While USPS typically requires at least 15 days before a delayed package can be officially resolved, adding Priority Shipping Protection gives your order an expedited resolution process while it is stuck in transit. 

What’s Covered:

Expedited Lost-in-Transit Resolution: If your USPS tracking shows no meaningful movement for more than 7 business days, we will fast-track the resolution process and, when the package is determined to be lost in transit, provide a replacement at no additional cost. If the original item is out of stock at the time a replacement is needed, we will issue a refund for the affected item instead. For more information, please visit our Shipping Policy.

What’s Not Covered:

Packages Marked as “Delivered”: Once the carrier marks an order as delivered to your address, this protection no longer applies. We are not responsible for packages that are stolen, misplaced, or otherwise mishandled after carrier delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Address: Protection does not apply to delivery failures or returns resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Shipping Delays Beyond the Estimated Delivery Date: Delays beyond the estimated delivery date are not covered under Priority Shipping Protection.

This protection applies only to the order for which Priority Shipping Protection was purchased. If you opt out of Priority Shipping Protection, all shipping inquiries and delayed packages will be handled according to our carrier investigation policy.
